15 Simple Guide to a Healthy Living

Some days are gloomy and some days are beautiful 
just like you when God created humans 
in His own image and likeness and one of the best thing 
in life is that, we are privilege to capture 
and treasure each moment.

Here are some good healthy living tips for you and me: 

1. Less processed foods as possible. 

2. Drink lots of fluids most especially water. 

3. Eat a lot of organic vegetables and fruits if you can. 

4. Engage in physical fitness and do whatever works for you. 

5. If you are a big fan of drinking coffee (brewed coffee) 
you can put a little amount of butter (real butter) once in a while into it. 
The fat content of butter gives you on a burning mode. 
You can alter it with a little amount of coconut oil too.  
Coconut oil has a lot of good health benefits. 
It is an anti-bacterial aside from preventing Alzheimer’s disease. 

6. Don’t skip meals. If you want to lose some weight, 
you can eat three times a day with the right kind of food, 
the amount of food and don’t eat beyond six o’clock in the eve. 
It takes a lot of hours to digest the food in our tummy before bed time. 
You can drink water with lemon 30 minutes before meal or put one teaspoon 
of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water every after meal. 

7. If you are an avid fan of eating apple, you can clean it with 
a little amount of vinegar before rinsing it with water. 
Most especially if you are buying a non-organic kind of apple to remove, 
lessen the chemicals. To be safer, I know the skin of the apple 
has good health benefit, but I found out when peeling off the skin, 
the outer part sometimes it looks good but the inside is rotten. 
I just discovered it lately when my son wanted me to peel off the skin. 

8. It's alright to feel afraid sometimes but don't let fear stop you for doing and achieving your goals.

11. There are some things in this world that money CAN’T BUY like, “RESPECT”

12. Give more, expect less and laugh often with a purpose. 
Because when you laugh a lot without a purpose there might be 
something wrong too. :)

14. Loosen Up, have fun, travel more if you can and 
while you can because life is too short! :)

Zumba Fitness... Luv it! :))

When I saw the ad of Zumba fitness about an hour in the TV. I was surprise to see those very fat women whose bodies were transformed into a sexy body. Wow! It's really amazing.

For those who doesn't know about Zumba fitness this is a kind of fitness that will not bore you out. It's like dancing and it has different kinds of music. It has a lot of fun seeing those women and men doing the Zumba fitness.

I think this is a good idea for me to start tracking back my body. I'm not really fat at all I just gained weight during my pregnancy time and after i delivered the baby it seems I still have a fewer fats.

I used to do exercise when I was still single. Anyway, that's part of my routine before. Maybe I need to have a goal to keep myself physically fit specially I'm a fulltime mom at this time, in order to be healthy not just physically but to be healthy emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I read in one article that if you are physically fit it can boost your mind, you will have a stronger/better teeth and your heart is healthy too. :))
