Having a Hard Time for Your Baby to Sleep at Night? Here's how...

I personally experienced this hard time before on how to make my baby sleep during at night. Here are the simple ways to do that can make him/her have a better night sleep.


Try not to let your baby sleep too much during the day. Make your baby busy during the day. Like let her play or watch tv. Let her day occupied with the things around her.

Swing. This is really one of the effective ways to make him/her sleep during the night. Personally when my son doesn't go to sleep I just put him in the swing for a while and then afterwards I will transfer him on his bed.

Do some rocking chair. I did this sometimes when I don't use his swing. This could also help him/her sleep because maybe the baby has gas in his stomach that's why he/she can't sleep well.

These are just simple ways but it really helps a lot for moms. Because moms needs rest too.

How to Ease a Crying Baby

    

        Many say that baby boys do cry a lot than baby girls. Sometimes it's hard to handle when babies get fussy. 

        There are simple ways and yet very effective that can stop them from crying a lot.

 

        MUSIC is one of the keys to getting ease the babies from crying. It helps them calm and sometimes fall asleep.

        SWING is helpful too. Babies like the swing because it can make them feel relax. If you want them to take naps, this is one of the great tools to let them fall asleep.

         A STROLLER is one of the best things ever to let your babies calm down. You won't be tired of carrying them when you want to go outside in your yard or go somewhere that takes a lot of time and effort to do so.

        Last but not least, a CAR. Babies, in most cases, when the engine starts, babies also stop crying. You just let them take a ride for a while.

 

        If these things won't work, maybe they're just not feeling well or hungry and needs special attention.

a RoOm for I M P R OV E M E N T...

I believe that every one has his own room for improvement. I do remember before when I was still on my elementary days I was so shy then. Even though I was very exposed to school activities and indeed excels in academic, but still there's that lacking self-confidence in me. Why? Because I was afraid that if I've done something, I would not be able to perform it right. And it would be a great shame not only to me but to my mom as well.

Until I reached high school I started coming out my shell. Joining school activities and trying to be one of the excellent student in the classroom. Then I learned that there's nothing wrong to get mistakes sometimes, because everybody has his own strengths and weaknesses.

My self-confidence is improving as time goes by when I grow up to maturity level of age and thinking. I learned to appreciate more great or small things in this world. I've learned that instead of focusing on your weaknesses, much better to focus more on your strengths.

Beijing Summer Olympics...

Summer Olympics 2008 is held in China, Beijing. What a fantastic opening night ceremony. An excellent job done by the country of china. It was their first time to handle an Olympic game and it's so memorable to them.

The Olympics 2008 were participated by different countries around the world. Like France, Brazil, Poland, Netherlands, Russia, Republic of Georgia, Canada, China, Japan, USA and so many other countries.

I had a great time watching every games. Like gymnastics, fencing, volleyball, basketball and swimming. The Americans got the gold record for swimming especially Michael Phelps who won the 400 IM swimming competition. And also a basketball finals between USA and China. I never thought that all players in basketball were NBA players. Huh! Well, it's an Olympic game all best players will be send to represent their own country. Two NBA players I've known who played were Kobe Bryant and Lebron James. Finally USA won the victory scores 101 versus China's scores 70.

It's beautiful to watch the different countries around the world with peace in their hearts. No wars at all. When i looked at the two players from Russia and the Republic of Georgia they were not affected in the on going war that happened to their countries. Their still kissed and hugged each other after the game.

What a wonderful world if all countries in the world will unite instead of wars.

i always look forward...

I always look forward for a brighter tomorrow. Why? It will make me more value those precious moments/things around me. Even it is great or small, but still it's a blessing.

We may encounter lots of struggles, problems in this earthly life everyday, but that's part of day to day existence in this world. Whether you are rich or poor we will really gonna face it and that is reality. You may say there's difference in facing battles in life. Yes, I agree but still life is full of challenges. And no one is exempted to that. You and I know that we're just living on a temporary borrowed life. Our earthly bodies may gone when we die, because all of us will be going to a dust. But nothing to worry about, if you are sure you have security in Christ you can never go astray. Soon, we will be able to experience the life that He promised the "Everlasting Life" on the day of His coming.

Well, we don't know when that time will gonna happen. But, if you and i are always ready, then there's nothing to worry and to be feared of. Just keep trusting, believing and have faith in Him. Surely all things will be well.

Trust HIS Heart

How can you give a hundred (100%) percent trust in the Lord when you're so down? Can you?

For me yes I can. In my lowest times of life I can really feel His presence, His overflowing love that all should be well and there's nothing to worry about. Though sometime we may feel we're alone, but it's not. There is someone up above watching and ready to take good care of us. He is ever faithful and loyal forever. You will have lack nothing when you keep believing and trusting our creator, GOD.

Indeed God checked my patience and my right motives too in giving my full trust to Him not only when I'm so down but most especially when all things are good.
