The Best Man Holiday

I got the chance to watch the movie entitled “The Best Man Holiday”. A drama-romance-comedy film. The main cast: Lance (Morris Chestnut), Harper (Taye Diggs), Candace (Regina Hall), Quentin (Terrence Howard), Robyn (Sanaa Lathan), Jordan (Nia Long), Murch (Harold Perrineau), and Mia (Monica Calhoun).

This film became one of the box office hit in the entertainment movie industry and a good family-friendship movie to watch. The Best Man Holiday was released on November of 2013 and it talks about college friends reunited on Christmas holiday after 15 years.

There are ups and downs along the way but God has its own way to fix it. Faithful, trustworthy, loyal, loving family and true friends really matters in life.

By the way, I think this movie is PG 13 and if you want to watch this film with your kids, parental guidance is advised. :)

Trust His Heart

God is too wise to be mistaken,

God is too good to be unkind,

So when you don't understand,

When you can't trace His hand,

Trust His Heart!

A Math Vitamin For Kids

Part of my kiddo’s daily learning activity is the XtraMath. You can let your kids spend a few minutes each day practicing math on a tablet, phone, laptop or desktop computer. I think this is applicable from 1st grade to 5th grade. If you’re a teacher and a parent who wants kids to increase speed and accuracy in arithmetic, this site is very helpful.

Math facts are the building blocks of your child’s math education and your child will be well rewarded for the time they spend practicing on XtraMath.

For parents, enter your email address and your child’s code given to you by his/her teacher. For more information about Xtramath you can check their website at: http://www.XtraMath.org.
